Getting Started with FEXmagnet

Welcome to FEXmagnet! This guide walks you through everything you need to get from sign-up to receiving your first exclusive final expense lead.

1. Create Your Account

Head to fexmagnet.com/signup and create an account with your email or sign in with Google. You'll receive a confirmation email — check your spam folder if you don't see it within a minute.

2. Complete Onboarding

After signing in for the first time, you'll go through a quick onboarding flow:

  • Profile: Enter your full name so we know who you are.
  • Phone Verification: Add and verify your phone number via SMS code. This enables text notifications for new leads. You can skip this and add it later in Settings.
  • Choose Your Plan: Pick how many leads you want per week (25, 50, 75, or 100) and select the states you want to cover. The more leads you buy, the lower your per-lead price.
  • Payment: Complete your subscription through Stripe. You'll be billed weekly.
  • Delivery Preferences: Choose how you want to receive leads — email, SMS, GoHighLevel webhook, or Zapier webhook.

3. Understand Your Lead Delivery

Once your subscription is active, here's what to expect:

  • Leads start within 48–72 hours of activating your subscription. We need this time to launch targeted ad campaigns in your selected states.
  • Leads are delivered in real-time. The moment someone fills out a form, you get notified through your chosen channels immediately.
  • Every lead is 100% exclusive. No lead is ever shared with another agent. What you pay for is yours alone.
  • Weekly billing cycle. Your lead count resets every week on your billing date. Unused leads do not roll over.

4. Your Dashboard

Your dashboard is your command center:

  • Overview: See your active subscription, leads received this period, and delivery stats at a glance.
  • Leads: View all your leads with contact details, status, and timestamps. Export them as CSV anytime.
  • Subscription: Upgrade or downgrade your plan, change states, or manage billing through the Stripe portal.
  • Settings: Update your profile, notification preferences, and integration webhooks.

Tips for Success

  • Speed to lead matters. The faster you call a lead after delivery, the higher your contact rate. Aim to call within 5 minutes.
  • Enable SMS notifications so you never miss a lead, even when you're away from your computer.
  • Use a CRM integration to automatically track follow-ups and avoid letting leads slip through the cracks.
  • Start with 25–50 leads/week if you're a solo agent. Scale up once you have your follow-up process dialed in.
