final expense
The CRM built for final expense agents.
Work 100+ senior leads a day without TCPA exposure — and never let a callback slip again.
No contracts. Cancel anytime. Bring your own leads.

The problem
What you're dealing with right now.
TCPA risk on every dial
Working high-volume senior lists means you are one litigator hit away from a lawsuit. Most dialers do not protect you. You are on your own.
Callbacks fall through the cracks
You promise a senior you will call back Thursday at 2pm. Thursday comes and goes. The lead goes cold. That sale is gone.
Lead spend wasted on dead numbers
Vendors sell you leads with disconnected phones or DNC-registered numbers. You have no clean way to prove it and request a refund.
The answer
How FEXmagnet solves it.
The shield — TCPA protection built in
DNC numbers and known litigators are blocked before your finger hits dial. Calling hours and three-dials-per-day are enforced by the system, not by your memory. The dialer is single-line — no abandoned-call risk ever.
Promise board — callbacks that stick
Set a callback with one tap. The promise board surfaces it at the right time with a one-button dial. You will never forget another "call me Thursday" again.
DNC refund files — prove bad leads
When a number pings as DNC or litigator, FEXmagnet exports a documented refund file. Hand it to your vendor and get your money back without an argument.

No. FEXmagnet is a CRM and power dialer — you bring your own leads from whatever source you use. If you need done-for-you lead campaigns, our sister company FEXads runs Meta ad campaigns for agents. FEXmagnet is the tool you use to work those leads efficiently.
Yes. The dialer is single-line only — one manual call at a time, no abandoned-call risk. We enforce three-dial-per-day limits per contact and calling-hours windows. DNC and litigator numbers are blocked at dial time automatically. These are not optional — they are enforced at the infrastructure level.
Four flat tiers that scale with how much you dial: Starter at $29/mo (600 dials), Pro at $99/mo (2,500 dials), Power at $249/mo (7,500 dials), and Volume at $599/mo (16,000 dials). Every tier includes the full CRM, DNC scrubbing, call recordings, and local numbers — extra dials bill per-dial at your tier rate. No contracts, cancel anytime.
Your data is yours — export your full contact database as a CSV at any time. If you cancel, your entire workspace (contacts, pipeline, notes, recordings) is preserved for 60 days so you can reactivate and pick up exactly where you left off. After 60 days it is permanently and automatically deleted. Phone numbers are released back to the carrier 7 days after cancellation.
Yes. The CSV importer handles standard list formats, normalizes phone numbers, deduplicates contacts, and runs the list against DNC before your first dial.
When a senior says "call me back," you tap a snooze chip — 2 hours, tomorrow morning, a specific date — and that contact surfaces on your hot list exactly when you said you would call. The timer in the call cockpit starts automatically when the call connects.
